Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция? My friend's small restaurant had a routine inspection this week. Turns out it's always the smallest things you overlook completely. Thankfully everything was fine, but the anxiety was real. Makes you wonder, how does anyone pass the first time? Respect to all the business owners dealing with that. Any similar experiences? Curious if it's universal.
